RELEASING RITUAL:
One way to release energetic hooks, soul vows or soul contracts that are no longer serving our highest good is to physically do a releasing ritual to cut the spiritual, energetic, emotional and mental cords that are keeping us hooked into toxic situations.
These can be situations that are currently active in our life, or a past situation. They can even be soul memories, or ancestral pain.
The key point is that we need to actively, and with consistent intention, work on releasing ourselves from these toxic ties.
Repeat the releasing ritual as often as you need to, until you feel on all levels (body, mind and soul) that you are at peace about the situation.
In today’s busy world, a ritual that is quick and simple, such as the one in this reading, is one that we are most likely to continue with until the toxic ties are fully released.
There are many other ways of doing a deeper, more complex releasing ritual. We can go to our shamans, priests, sangomas for exorcism. We can burn photographs. We can write a letter saying everything we wanted to say but weren’t able to (and then burn the letter to release all that pain).
Find a releasing ritual that is best for you, one that suits your personality, the time you have available, your lifestyle.
Then perform it with pure and clear intent, repeating it as often as you need to.
